Investing Directly with Prime Value

If you would like to invest directly in the Prime Value Funds, please follow the four steps below:

Step One

You must read the applicable Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) before completing the Application Form. Click here if you would like to receive a hard copy of the PDS in the mail.

Step Two

Complete the Application Form

Step Three

Payment can be made in one of the following ways:

Cheque - please make cheques payable to Prime Value Asset Management Ltd (Growth Fund) and/or Prime Value Asset Management Ltd (Imputation Fund) and/or Prime Value Asset Management (Opportunities Fund) depending on the Fund chosen. If all of the Funds are selected for investment, please send three cheques, each made out to the relevant Fund for the amount invested. Cross "Not negotiable" and attach to the application form.

Electronic A$ Transfer — electronically deposit application monies to:

Please ensure that the bank records your Surname or intended Investor Account Name on the transfer.

BPAY® – Please contact your financial institution to make a payment from your cheque or savings account. You will need to quote both the BPAY Biller Code of the fund (refer below) and your Customer Reference Number. Please contact us for your Customer Reference Number.

Mail your completed Application Form along with cheque/s, if applicable, to:
